Founder

Our founder and Managing partner Mr Deepak R Bagad, conceived Bagad properties with a vision of getting access to the lifestyle of metropolitan cities for the residents of Nasik at affordable prices. Now with over 36 residential projects, Bagad properties has 5000+ happy customers in Nashik alone.

From buying a single plot, to establishing ourselves as the leading real estate developers in Nashik, we have come a long way under the guidance of Deepak Kaka. We constantly strive to bring in new concepts and ideas in order to invite businesses and corporations to invest in Nasik.

MILESTONE

Buying single plots to becoming a land development firm:

Our first notable presence in the industry came after launching Shubham Park project in Pandit Colony, Nashik, which laid the stepping stone for making us the pioneer developers in Govind Nagar

Formation of Amruta land development and expanding Bagad Associates

We further ventured out by forming the Amruta Land-developer firm under Bagad Associates, giving way to our first big-scale housing project – Shreejay Nagar consisting of 75 flats and 24 commercial shops and finally ending the decade on a high note by commencing our full-fledged commercial project, Jay Plaza

Rowhouse development and New office location

By the year 2000, we concluded our first large scale project comprising of 60-row houses in Mangalmurti Nagar and shifted to a plush new corporate office in Ramtirtha Park, Nashik

Development on banks of Godavari

We later went on to drive in new investment opportunities for people and started developing benchmark areas on the banks of the serene Godavari River in Makhmalabad Nashik

Leap of faith with large scale projects

Along with various land acquisition projects, in the year 2014, we took the leap of faith and commenced and accomplished a major project in Shree Ram Chandra Nagar comprising 340 flats.

A never seen before project in Nashik

Over the course of time, Nasik evolved into an urban city giving rise to the daily hustle and bustle which led us to map an alternate lifestyle where one can enjoy the luxuries of an urban city whilst enjoying the serene beauty that nature has to offer which inspired us to initiate Country's One of a Kind and Nashik's Landmark project Westwind Meadows.
